LIM is a wholly owned subsidiary of JLL, a leading comprehensive real estate solutions provider, with a 230 year history. Listed on the New York Stock Exchange, JLL has a $13.6 billion equity market capitalization as of December 31, 2021.
The asset manager is LaSalle REIT Advisors K.K. (the “Asset Manager”), a joint stock company incorporated under Japanese law in March 2002. LaSalle REIT Advisors K.K. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Sponsor, LaSalle Investment Management K.K., who is the Japan based entity of LIM.
